Off-Ice Training

We offer dry land training through The Athletic Centre at RIM Park. Dryland Training is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop hockey players who are stronger, faster, more powerful, flexible, metabolically more efficient and less prone to develop injuries. Trainers are Certified Personal Trainers and Youth Fitness Specialists with experience working with young athletes. Options include team, small group or personal training.
